Shipping information

We ship worldwide via UPS, unless you require otherwise. In your shopping cart you will see the available shipping options and the corresponding shipping costs. These are one-time costs per order. We ship with UPS Standard and UPS Express within Europe, outside of Europe we ship with UPS Express Saver service. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

Delivery

The carrier delivers on working days between 8.00 and 17.30. The carrier chooses its own delivery schedule. Please note that you must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment. It is best to have the package delivered to a business address. You are always responsible for the way in which the shipment is received at the delivery address. In case nobody is present to receive the shipment, a card with instructions will be left behind by the carrier. We will also try to contact you. There will not automatically be a new delivery attempt the next day. 

Delivered at Place

Shipments are not insured for damage and/or theft. The products to be supplied by UNIS Group shall be deemed as delivered at the time the goods leave the UNIS Group factory or the warehouse; as well as – if it is agreed that the products are collected – at the time when the other party is informed that the goods are ready for collection at UNIS Group. Unless it is agreed otherwise, deliveries via the web shop take place in accordance with the Incoterm “Delivered At Place” (DAP - Incoterms 2020) to the delivery address specified by the buyer.

UPS expects your personal signature when accepting the shipment, at both business and private addresses. If you are not able to sign for receipt of the order yourself, UPS cannot guarantee delivery. You are responsible for third parties who sign for receipt at the delivery address specified by you.

Coronavirus

Despite current challenges, UPS continues to service customers. UPS is currently operating Monday through Friday and serving customers as usual. Current circumstances may cause some delays in transit. For example, new border controls, reduced air freight capacity in the market and local protective regulations and quarantine measures may impact service. 

For parcels requiring a signature, drivers can temporarily do this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. We kindly request customers to open the door, accept the parcel and state their name for security purposes. Parcels that are not signed for will be marked with code UPSID plus 11 digits of the consignee’s name as proof of delivery.
