The response contract offers our clients the opportunity to make optimum use of the UNIS services. This contract includes immediate and guaranteed assistance when production grinds to a halt.
Clients can rely on our repairs service 24 hours per day and seven days per week. We either supply a spare part from our warehouse, or the defective materials can be delivered to us, for immediate repair. The response contract offers the following advantages:
- Response within 24 hours
- Exchange, if in stock, at the repair price without a further surcharge
- Repair at the repair price without a basic surcharge in weekends
The basic contract price for a year is € 950.00 excluding VAT. Urgent repairs are available to a limited extent without a contract.
