Introduction
The response contract offers our clients the oppertunity to make optimum use of the Unis services. The response contract is the client's guarantee of immediate assistance when production grinds to a halt. Clients can rely on our repair service 24 hours a day and seven days per week. We either supply a spare part from our warehouse or the defective materials can be delivered to us, for immediate repair.
Prices and conditions
The response contract offers the following advantages:
- Response within 24 hours
- Exchange, if in stock, at the repair price without surcharge
- Repair at the repair price without a basic surcharge
and also the basic hourly rate of € 120.00 in weekends
The basic contract price for a year is € 1200.00 excluding VAT. Urgent repairs are available to a limited extent without a contract. If repairs are possible, the following rates apply:
Fixed price
The following urgent repair rates will be charged, depending on the working hours:
Working hours (Monday - Friday 07.30-17.00 o´clock)
Repair price + hourly rate of €60 + €150 quick-fix rate per order
Evening (Monday - Fridays 17.00-07.30 o´clock)
Repair price + hourly rate of €120 + €250 quick-fix rate per order
Weekend (Saturday - Sunday 07.30-07.30 o´clock)
Repair price + hourly rate of €180 + €350 quick-fix rate per order
By taking out a service contract with us, we can offer you the added benefits of paying the standard hourly rate without any added extra costs. Ask your contact person for the conditions.

Note: The initial costs are listed next to the respective article number. The second row lists the expected number of working hours plus the hourly rate.
The following Urgent repair rates will be charged, depending on the working hours:
Working hours (Monday - Friday 07.30-17.00 o´clock)
Hourly rate of €180 + €150 quick-fix rate per order + € 125 initial costs + material costs.
Evening (Monday - Fridays 17.00-07.30 o´clock)
Hourly rate of €240 + €250 quick-fix rate per order + € 125 initial costs + material costs.
Weekend (Saturday and Sunday 07.30-07.30 o´clock)
Hourly rate of €300 + €350 quick-fix rate per order + € 125 initial costs + material costs.
