UNIS Group has recently launched the repair of servo motors.
The completely new department is located in the existing building in Grou. With a group of experts, UNIS started now repairing servo motors, supported by special measuring equipment and many test systems. Our high-tech workshop is fully equipped to be able to magnetize, balance, bearings to be replaced, to repair damaged axes and to replace encoders.
Also UNIS Group is able to offer winding services. The combination of repair of industrial electronics and repair of servo motors makes UNIS Group complete and unique in the repair market. All services under one roof.
The repair includes the continuation / replacement rotor, bearings and accessories. The repair does not stop at replacing the defective part only. The standard repair of servo motors include replacing the bearings as well.
Once we have received the servo motor, we start testing it based on :
By Measuring / MEGGERING of the windings
- Testing of the magnetic field.
- Testing of the brake.
- Testing of torque at motor standstill.
- Testing the feedback, through PWM9, PWM20 and own developed encoder tes.
- Testing the smooth running of the shaft.
- Testing under load for a large number of repaired servo motors.
If the test indicates that the winding or encoder is defective, then the cost to repair this are separately stated on the quotation.
