In most cases, you can expect to have your repaired equipment back within three weeks. Practically all (around 70%) of repairs are ready within 2 to 4 weeks of confirmation of the order. Longer repairs are mainly due to the delivery time for components.
A contract is available for urgent repairs. Your repair work will then be undertaken immediately.
